Tasks are the checklist that travels with a shift — set up the field, drag the infield, lock the gates. They make sure the work actually happens, not just that someone showed up.

Status counts, filters, and tasks carrying real specifics like base length and mound distance.

Track everything across shifts with status counts (Pending / In Progress / Completed / Skipped), filter by status or priority, and search. Each task can carry real detail — like Base Length: 90 ft · Pitcher’s Mound: 60 ft 6 in.

Save common checklists as Task Templates so every “Field Supervisor” shift automatically comes with the right to-do list.

Tip

Attach tasks to a shift directly from its detail panel on the Schedule — the checklist rides along when the shift is published.
